At EmailWorkz, our operations and values fall within the lines of Federal Trade Commission's CAN-SPAM laws, adhering to strict no-tolerance spam policy. We take permission very seriously. By signing up for our services, along with our terms and conditions, as well as privacy policy, you’re also providing your full and voluntary consent to this anti-spam policy. If at any time we discover you have violated this policy, we reserve the rights to terminate your account with immediate effect.

Any form of unsolicited, commercial, junk or/and bulk email that recipient receives without opting for it qualifies as spam. In addition, any email that's perceived as irrelevant, intrusive, and offensive in nature, and do not contain the 'Unsubscribe' option, it qualifies as spam as well.

Here are the cases or instances where sending emails to an email address through EmailWorkz is okay: you have explicit permission of the recipients to send them emails, the person has voluntarily subscribed to be a part of your email list on your website or social media, the person has provided you her/his consent in offline communication after knowing what her/his email will be used for, the person has purchased from you within the last 24 months. Sending an email to a person without their permission is spam.

Here are the cases or instances where sending emails to an email address through EmailWorkz is NOT okay: the email address has been copied from website(s), the list is older than two years, the address list has been purchased, loaned or acquired through a third-party. You cannot send emails to an address, even when the list-seller confirms the recipients' consent, without first obtaining the permission of the recipient yourself.

In the emails you send through EmailWorkz, you must include one-click unsubscribe option that quickly removes the recipient/subscriber from your email list. Once removed, you can never email back that individual again. Your email must include the name and physical address of the sender.

We have robust monitoring tools in place that help us keep a check on whether or not the users are complying with the anti-spam policy. Every email you send out needs to be approved until your account has been authorized. We verify all bulk lists that are imported into our system. We have integrated our program into spam reporting systems with large ISPs like AOL and Hotmail. In addition, we also actively screen our abuse accounts and blacklists to identify those who are calling delivery problems or complaints.

In case, if you're receiving spam emails, foremost, remove yourself from the mailing list through the 'Unsubscribe' button that is usually present in the footer of the email. Following, forward us that spam email, along with additional information, and help us investigate the matter.
